This is an online auction held at 72868 Solanus Dr., Bruce Township, MI (Macomb Co.), that begins closing on WEDNESDAY, July 24th, at 7:00pm at a rate of 2 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.
A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice. (Example: If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card or paypal there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.
NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner auction.
NOTE: Item descriptions are provided by the sellers/consignors. If you are not able to inspect listed items during one of our regularly scheduled preview days, feel free to call or E-mail us to verify item descriptions. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" - Albrecht Auction Service, LLC ("Albrecht Auction"). SELLERS FURNISH ALL AUCTION ASSETS TO BUYERS "AS IS," UNSUPPORTED, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

Thursday, July 25 from 1-6 pm and Monday, July 29 from 12-3 pm. If shipping is required, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping prior to bidding. The shipping company will need to pick the items up at the auction site.
Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier's Check, *Michigan Check (With Driver's License), or Wire Transfer. *Personal checks written for over $500 must have a current Bank Letter of Credit unless the buyer is known by Albrecht Auction. Payments by CC or Paypal include an additional fee (13% B.P.). Please call our office for check approval. No out of state checks! All payments must be received by July 26th unless prior arrangements have been made.
Live Preview will be conducted July 18-24 from 10 am to 4 pm or by Appointment - Closed on Sunday! Call ahead if coming from a distance!
