Auctioneer’s Note:  Due to retirement, Howard and Marcia Redd will sell all of their equipment by ABSOLUTE Online Auction!  Most items have been shedded and serviced as needed.  Howard was known for taking meticulous care of his equipment and you will have trouble finding nicer, low hour equipment anywhere!  Even though we prefer that you inspect the equipment in person, you can call the Seller with any questions and bid sight unseen with confidence!  This will be a timed online auction and every item will sell absolute with no reserve.  A loader tractor and forklift will be available to assist with loading.  Not responsible for accidents, errors or omissions.

Online Bidding Notes:  The auction begins closing with lot #1 at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at a rate of 3 items per minute.  Although we do not recommend waiting until the end to bid, items that receive a bid during the last 5 minutes will ‘extend’ the clock back out to 5 minutes.  It will continue to extend until there is no bidding for a 5 minute period.  Some similar items will be in a ‘group feature’ that ties them together to extend bidding on all items in the group during the last 5 minutes of bidding.  This allows bidders to bid on the item they want, and if they get outbid, switch to a different item in the group that is still extending.   We can place bids over the phone if you need assistance.  Our office is open until the last item is sold on auction night!

Terms:  This is an Absolute Online Auction with all items selling to the highest bidder!  6% buyer’s premium charged on all items.  Payment will be collected on site during checkout times.  Payment will be made to Albrecht Auction Service.  Cash or Certified Check Accepted.  Newer bidders will be asked to present ID with payment.  Personal/Business Checks over $2,500 from newer Michigan customers must be accompanied by current bank letter of credit.  No Out of State Checks.  Wire transfer accepted (call/email for wire instructions).  Credit Cards accepted with 3% processing fee.  All payment must be received by Friday, 3/25 at 3:00 p.m.  Some items can be paid for and picked up later by appointment.   Call if you have any questions.
