This is an online auction held at 4677 White Creek Road, Kingston, MI (Tuscola Co.), that begins closing on TUESDAY, October 12th, at 6:00pm at a rate of 1 item per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased if you are paying by cash or check, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.  (Example:  If your winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling. Independent Haulers: RTS Trucking, Elkton, MI - (989) 269-9810 or GW Towing, Vassar, MI  - (989) 670-1249.

If you do not pick up during checkout dates and the auction company hauls your small items to Vassar, you will be charged a hauling fee (minimum $5).

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer.  Checks over $1,000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co.  No out of state checks without prior approval!  All payments must be received by October 13th unless prior arrangements have been made.  Arrangements can also be made to pay for and then pick up your larger items later by appointment - Call for details!

DIRECTIONS: Located 3 Miles East of Kingston on M46/Sanilac Road to White Creek Road, then 2 1/2 Miles South on White Creek Road.

Inspection:  Live preview will be conducted Friday, October 8th through Sunday, October 10th and by appointment. Call ahead if coming a distance!  A loader tractor will be on site for loading out during the checkout.
