GENERAL USE PROVISION: This site is provided only as a venue for bidders and auction sellers. "Albrecht Auction" / "BidNow.us" is not involved in the actual transaction between these parties and assumes no control or liability over any issues that may arise as a result of the transaction, including the Seller's unwillingness to sell an item for any reason including a missed reserve, even if an invoice was issued to a buyer stating they had won the item. Bidders and Sellers agree not to engage in activities to intentionally avoid Albrecht Auction fees.  BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a BUYER'S PREMIUM on All Items based on the highest bid received: Items selling (up to $25,000 = 6%); ($25,001 to $50,000 = 5%); ($50,001 to $100,000 = 4%); ($100,001 or greater = 3%).  NO SALES TAX:  Sales Tax will NOT be charged on items selling in the Statewide Auction.  HAULING: It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling.  ITEMS WITH LIENS: It is the buyer’s responsibility to inquire about liens. It is the seller’s legal responsibility to pay off any liens prior to the transfer of ownership. Albrecht Auction / BidNow.us is in no way liable for liens on equipment in the Statewide Consignment Auction.
