This is an online auction held at 755 Truax, Bad Axe, MI (Huron Co.), that begins closing on TUESDAY, September 17th, at 6:00pm at a rate within 1-10 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.
A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice. (Example: If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card or paypal there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.
NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner auction.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

Note: Tractors and Scrap Piles can be Paid for by September 18th and Picked Up Later by Appointment.

Small Items can be Hauled (for a fee) to Vassar to be picked up.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Michigan Check (With Driver's License), or Cashier’s Check. No personal check written for over $1,000 will be accepted-unless the buyer is known by Albrecht Auction. Payments by CC or Paypal include an additional fee (13% B.P.). Please call our office for check approval. No out of state checks! All payments must be received by September 18th unless prior arrangements have been made.
