February 7th (Thursday) - Ziehm Farm Equipment Online Auction, Tuscola County

This is an online auction held at 6221 Green Rd., Gagetown, MI (Tuscola Co.), that begins closing on THURSDAY, February 7th, at 6:00pm at a rate of 2 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

A BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased based on the highest bid received, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice. BUYER'S PREMIUM: Items selling (up to $25,000 = 6%); ($25,001 to $50,000 = 5%); ($50,001 to $100,000 = 4%); ($100,001 and over = 3%)

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer.  Checks over $1,000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co.  No out of state checks!  All payments must be received by February 11th unless prior arrangements have been made.  

Inspection:  Live preview will be conducted Thursday, Jan 31st through Thursday, Feb 7th from 9am to 5pm and by appointment. Call the owner with questions. Call ahead if coming a distance! FREE LUNCH! On Thursday, January 31 from 11am to 1pm, a Free Lunch and Information Day will be offered on the farm during preview. Albrecht Auction will be on site on the day of lunch to register new bidders and give demos of our All New Auction Software! Lunch is being served by Kretzschy’s Smokey BBQ of Sebewaing and will feature Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Sides!
