This is an online auction held at 63249 North Avenue, Ray, MI (Macomb Co.), that begins closing on TUESDAY, June 15th, at 7:00pm at a rate of 3 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

A 6% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased based on the highest bid received, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.

6% Sales Tax will be collected unless you are exempt.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer.  Checks over $1,000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Schmidt Farms.  No out of state checks!
