February 23rd (Tuesday) Norm Jenuwine Living Estate Online Auction - Armada, MI (Macomb Co.)

This is an online auction held at 21550 Irwin Road, Armada, MI (Macomb Co.), that begins closing on TUESDAY, February 23rd, at 6:00pm at a rate of 3 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased if you are paying by cash or check, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.  (Example:  If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

DIRECTIONS:  From I-69 Take Capac Road South for 8 1/2 Miles to Irwin Road, Then East 1 3/4 Miles.

CHECKOUT DATES IN ARMADA:

Thursday, February 25th from 12pm to 5:30pm.  Albrecht Auction will be at the auction site receiving payments on Thursday Only!

It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling. Independent Haulers: RTS Trucking, Elkton, MI - (989) 269-9810 or GW Towing, Vassar, MI  - (989) 670-1249.

If you do not pick up items during checkout on Thursday, Feb. 25th and the auction company hauls your small items to Vassar, you will be charged a minimum $5 hauling fee per lot.  If you plan to pick up your items from the owner later by appointment, you must call and make payment to Albrecht Auction before 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25th.  Thank you.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer.  Checks over $500 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co.  No out of state checks!  All payments must be received by February 25th unless prior arrangements have been made.  Albrecht Auction will be at the auction site receiving payments on Thursday from 12 to 5:30 p.m. Only!
