June 1st (Monday) Saginaw Road Online Consignment

This is an online only auction that begins closing on Monday, JUNE 1ST beginning @ 6:00 p.m.  The entire auction will take approximately 2 1/2 hours to close and closes within the range of 20-30 items per minute. This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.(Example: If your winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11).

6% Sales Tax will be added to all items purchased. If you are exempt from paying Sales Tax (farm, use, resale, etc.), you will need to fill out an Exemption Form.

NOTE: Item descriptions are provided by the sellers/consignors. If you are not able to inspect listed items during one of our regularly scheduled preview days, feel free to call or E-mail us to verify item descriptions. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" - Albrecht Auction Service, LLC ("Albrecht Auction"). SELLERS FURNISH ALL AUCTION ASSETS TO BUYERS "AS IS," UNSUPPORTED, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

LOCATED: 4 Miles EAST of Vassar on Huron Ave./W. Saginaw Rd. or 7 Miles West of Mayville on Main St./W. Saginaw Rd.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Michigan Check (with Driver's License), PayPal or Visa/MC/Discover. NOTE: No Credit Card payments or PayPal will be accepted on individual items selling for over $2,500.00. PayPal or Authorize.net online invoice payments cannot be accepted for firearms or ammunition. No out-of-state checks will be accepted. No personal checks written for over $500 will be accepted - unless the buyer is known by Albrecht Auction. Please call our office for check approval.

• No Public Computers will be available, but bids can be placed for you.

• Feel free to wear your mask.

• Public Restroom is not available. We will have a Port-a-jon available at each location.

• We will have to limit the number of people in the building.

• Please limit your time in the building to allow others to enter!

• There will be 2 entry points into the building, one at South end, one at West side.

• Please do not come if you are not feeling well!
