September 24th (Tuesday) Wade Nursery Retirement Offsite Auction, Macomb, MI

This is an online auction held at 51540 Romeo Plank, Macomb, MI (Macomb Co.), that begins closing on TUESDAY, September 24th, at 6:00pm at a rate of 7 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.  (Example:  If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card or paypal there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner auction.

NOTE:  Item descriptions are provided by the sellers/consignors.  If you are not able to inspect listed items during one of our regularly scheduled preview days, feel free to call or E-mail us to verify item descriptions.  All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" - Albrecht Auction Service, LLC ("Albrecht Auction").  SELLERS FURNISH ALL AUCTION ASSETS TO BUYERS "AS IS," UNSUPPORTED, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  ALBRECHT AUCTION AND SELLER DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Assets are sold in their actual current condition, with all faults and defects, and with all errors of description.  ALBRECHT AUCTION'S liability to a purchaser will never exceed the actual purchase price paid for an asset.  Bidders accept all auction assets "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent.   Bidders are responsible for ascertaining actual current condition through personal inspection and careful review of the description, pictures, video and/or support documentation.  Every bidder agrees that his or her decision to bid and the amount he or she bids have been based solely on his or her own independent inspection and evaluation of the auction assets.  Bidders are strongly advised by ALBRECHT AUCTION to take care to satisfy all questions or concerns about the auction process, bidding process or auction assets before placing a bid.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

Thursday, Sep. 26th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Larger items can be paid for by Thursday and picked up later by appointment.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Michigan Check (With Driver's License), or Cashier’s Check.  No personal check written for over $500 will be accepted-unless the buyer is known by Albrecht Auction. Payments by CC or Paypal include an additional fee (13% B.P.). Please call our office for check approval.  No out of state checks! All payments must be received by September 26th unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Inspection: Thursday, Sep. 19th through Tuesday, Sep. 24th from 10 a.m to 4 p.m.
